Jn 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Jn 1:2 He was in the beginning with God.
Jn 1:3 All through Him became, and without Him became not even one, who had become.
Jn 1:4 In Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men;
Jn 1:5 and the Light in the darkness shines, and the darkness overtook it not.
Jn 1:6 There came a man, sent from God, his name, John;
Jn 1:7 This came as a witness so he may witness about the Light, so all may trust through Him.
Jn 1:8 He was not that Light, but that He may witness about the Light.
Jn 1:9 He was the Light the True, which lights all men, coming into the world.
Jn 1:10 In the world He was, and the world through Him became, and the world knew Him not.
Jn 1:11 To His own He came, and His own received Him not.
Jn 1:12 As many then as received Him, He gave to them authority children of God to become, who trust in His Name,
Jn 1:13 who not from bloods nor by will of flesh nor by will of man, but by God were begotten.
Jn 1:14 And the Word became flesh and tented among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of the Onlybegotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.
Jn 1:15 John testifies about Him and cries out saying, “This was who I said, “One coming after me came before me, because He existed before me.”
Jn 1:16 That from His fulness we all received and grace against grace;
Jn 1:17 that the Law through Moses was given, the grace and the truth through Jesus Christ came.
Jn 1:18 God, no one has seen, ever; Onlybegotten God, the one being in the bosom of the Father, He explained.
