John

Jn 1:1           In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Jn 1:2           He was in the beginning with God.

Jn 1:3           All through Him became, and without Him became not even one, who had become.

Jn 1:4           In Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men;

Jn 1:5           and the Light in the darkness shines, and the darkness overtook it not.

Jn 1:6           There came a man, sent from God, his name, John;

Jn 1:7           This came as a witness so he may witness about the Light, so all may trust through Him.

Jn 1:8           He was not that Light, but that He may witness about the Light.

Jn 1:9           He was the Light the True, which lights all men, coming into the world.

Jn 1:10         In the world He was, and the world through Him became, and the world knew Him not.

Jn 1:11         To His own He came, and His own received Him not.

Jn 1:12         As many then as received Him, He gave to them authority children of God to become, who trust in His Name,

Jn 1:13         who not from bloods nor by will of flesh nor by will of man, but by God were begotten.

Jn 1:14         And the Word became flesh and tented among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of the Onlybegotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Jn 1:15         John testifies about Him and cries out saying, “This was who I said, “One coming after me came before me, because He existed before me.”

Jn 1:16         That from His fulness we all received and grace against grace;

Jn 1:17         that the Law through Moses was given, the grace and the truth through Jesus Christ came.

Jn 1:18         God, no one has seen, ever; Onlybegotten God, the one being in the bosom of the Father, He explained.
