Rulership

In the Beginning

Gn 1:26  Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every moving thing that moves on the earth.”

So it has been given to man to rule. Rulership then is the God given position, duty, and responsibility all men are to participate in while practicing and doing his virtues provided by Creator God in His image in man.

In the United States of America, the virtues are to be applied by citizens and statesmen within our constitutional democratic republic. Corruption in government must be exposed, the corrupt politician voted out, and the virtuous statesman elected. Corrupt unelected appointments must then be replaced.

Citizen Freedom and Equal Protection under the Rule of Law in the Constitution of the United States

When professors, lawmakers, and judges teach, make, and enforce laws justifying murder, e.g. abortion 1973, we should understand that we live in a severely degenerated society, state, and nation. Having destroyed generations since then, there is now much work to do to right the evil.

The Governmental Practice of Civil and Criminal Justice

The realist and biblical principle of Retributive Justice with its qualities of satisfaction, deterrence, and fit punishment has been obscured in our culture by the impertinently applied category of Social Justice, confusing the praiseworthy with the blameworthy, the victim with the perpetrator of evil, the fair with equal economic outcome regardless of meritorious effort.

Dt 19:19 then you shall do to him just as he had intended to do to his brother. Thus you shall purge the evil from among you.

Dt 19:20 “The rest will hear and be afraid, and will never again do such an evil thing among you.

Dt 19:21 “Thus you shall not show pity: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

In the Church, Culture, and Government

Part of the purpose of the church and its clergy is to point the prophetic finger at corruption in community, culture, and government. The vast majority of churches and their clergymen have allowed the Johnson Amendment to silence their prophetic voice against unjust rulers, law, and the government usurpation of church authority for fear of losing their 501c3 tax-exempt status, property, and pay.

Jud 1:11 Woe to them, that they went the way of Cain, and for the error of Balaam, of wage, they were poured out, and in the rebellion of Korah were destroyed.

In Marriage and Family

Ep 5:21 Subordinate to one another in fear of Christ;

Ep 5:22 the wives to their own husbands as to the Lord,

Ep 5:23 because husband is head of the wife as also the Christ head of the church, He Savior of the body;

Ep 5:24 but as the church subordinates to the Christ, thus also the wives to the husbands in everything;

Ep 5:25 the husbands, love the wives, just as also the Christ loved the church and gave Himself over for her,

Ep 5:26 that her He would sanctify, cleansed by the washing of the water in word,

Ep 5:27 that He would present to Himself glorious the church, not having spot or wrinkle or anything like these, but that she would be holy and unblemished.

Ep 5:28 Thus ought the husbands love their own wives as their own bodies. One loving his own wife loves himself.

Ep 5:29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes her, just as also the Christ the church,

Ep 5:30 since we are part of His body.

Ep 5:31 Against this, a man shall leave father and mother and conjoin with his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.

Ep 5:32 This mystery is great; I so say in Christ and in the church.

Ep 5:33 Only also you, those to a one, each his own wife, thus love as himself, the wife also, that she would fear the husband;

Ep 6:1 the children, obey your parents; for this is right.

Ep 6:2 Honor your father and mother, the which is the first commandment with a promise,

Ep 6:3 that it should be well with you and you will be a long-time upon the earth.

Ep 6:4 Also the fathers, anger not your children, rather nourish them with training and instruction from the Lord.

Marriage, a sacred institution of God’s design and creation, is between a man and a woman, to freely express, practice, learn, maintain, and model love and faith for Christ, the couple, their children, relatives, friends, and community.
Mt 19:3-12

Love never falls, it raises, lifts.
1 Co 13:8

Marriage is for life.
Mt 19:8-9 1 Co 7:10-11

Dangers to Marriage and Family

God condemns divorce, as antithetical to faith and family.
Mal 2:14-16Mt 19:4-12Mk 10:2-91 Co 7:10-13

God in Christ exposes the cause of divorce as hardheartedness.
Mt 19:8Mk 10:5

Reconciliation and reunification is required of a couple separated or divorced. 1 Co 7:11Co 3:13-15

Remarriage to another further hardens the heart and defiles the soul.
De 24:1fDe 24:3-4Je 3:1Mt 5:3219:9Mk 10:11-12Lu 16:181 Co 7:11

Fornication acted out is the only instance in which a wronged believer may lawfully divorce his or her spouse since fornication, although immorally, affects a new one-flesh union belonging exclusively within marriage. Mt 5:3219:91 Co 6:16

When the divorcer is not a believer, no marital obligations remain for the divorced believer. This passage neither teaches nor supports desertion as a biblical or moral ground for divorce or remarriage.
1 Co 7:15

Unbiblical preaching and oration fails to strengthen families in the true faith and are partly to blame for the breakdown of families.

Unbiblical churches invent laws, rightly called legalisms, supporting divorce and remarriage with little or no regard for the inevitably damaging consequences. God only allows divorce as He allows sin, by concession for a time.

De 22:13-1928-29

Is 50:1Je 3:8

Abortion, a euphemism for murder. Civil societies which legalize abortion do so against the moral law and commandment of God. All who have chosen or supported another in the choice to murder a child should, according to biblical moral and civil law, receive the death penalty for this great evil. Societies which do not practice justice in this manner err. Those left free by this further injustice should repent, change their mind, confess this evil, and pray that God would forgive this sin and minimize the effects of this curse in the lives of family and community members influenced and harmed. This principle of curse and repentance applies also to divorce, its advocates, and their generations.

Good and Evil

Man’s ancient enemies are the same today, the world, the flesh, and the Devil. “We see that we are from God, and the whole world lies under the evil one.” 1 John 5:19Ephesians 2:2-3  The Devil and his demons are no less missionary today than in Jesus’ day. As believers in relation to God and one another, we must continually see, recognize, acknowledge, renounce, and pray to God for release from the activity and influence of demons, for ourselves and our loved ones. “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.”  Ephesians 6:12

Judgment

The purpose, goal, end, last days, last things, end times, or eschaton are God’s final judgment(s) of all mankind, Mt 4:5, judgment day, upon which God will defeat His enemies, raise the dead and rapture His free-willingly believing foreknown elect from the earth, raise and remove the rest of the dead from the earth, all to judgment, the unbelieving to eternal punishment and true believers in God in Jesus Christ the Savior to everlasting life.
